This training is recommended for all team members who wish to successfully understand how to function effectively as the Product Owner, for a Scrum team.
You will develop and solidify your knowledge of being a Product Owner through team-based exercises and learn all about activities such as managing stakeholders, or concepts like ROI, Backlog Grooming, Creating effective Stories, Acceptance Criteria for Stories, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, and so much more.
This CSPO training is much more than just a set of cool slides and an awesome instructor. In this course, participants work on real-life cases with other classmates together as a team, as the course is made up of discussions and hands-on exercises. In a nutshell, it provides an applied and holistic understanding of the Scrum framework.
Who should attend
The CSPO is for business analysts, requirements engineers, product managers, UX designers and anyone interested in working on or with a Scrum team. You will leave with solid knowledge of how and why Scrum works and your role within the organization.
Through practical, hands-on exercises and small-group discussion you will be prepared to plan your first (or next) sprint immediately after this class. Scrum Masters can benefit from this course as well, because they must work closely with and coach Product Owners in these skills.
